Foconis is strengthening its payment division
GEVA Business Solutions becomes part of the Foconis Group
Herzogenrath/Aachen, 16th September 2024. The Foconis Group is continuing to strengthen its payment division: GEVA Business Solutions GmbH is now operating as Foconis Payment GBS GmbH and will be fully integrated into Foconis Payment GmbH in 2025. This combines two long-established companies from the technology region of Aachen that want to jointly consolidate and further expand their position in the payment market.
The goal within Foconis Payment is to take advantage of new opportunities for innovation, expanded resources and shared expertise. This will enable the solution portfolio to be continuously developed. For existing customers and partners, the usual contact persons and contact details will remain unchanged – ensuring seamless continuity and reliability in day-to-day business.
Olaf Pulwey, CEO of the Foconis Group, is positive about the newest member of the Foconis family: ‘With GEVA BS, we are gaining first-class expertise and valuable references that perfectly complement our existing payment expertise.’

As a further step in the integration process, Foconis Payment GBS GmbH will be fully incorporated into Foconis Payment GmbH in 2025 to ensure a unified and strong market presence. As part of the takeover, the new structure integrates a total of four GEVA Group companies and 39 employees.
